A PERPETUALLY YOUTHFUL AWARD-WINNING AUTHOR, HUMORIST, BLOGGER.

At 76 years young, Susan communicates her insightful, humorous, and relateable views about “life from the other side of the hill” through her book, How Old Am I In Dog Years?, her UnFiltered Wit blog, and speaking engagements.

Whether skewering marriage, growing older, fashion, the media, politics, or money matters, her light touch keeps people laughing – and thinking. Using her own unfiltered wit (akin to Erma Bombeck or Nora Ephron) Susan brings vigor and enthusiastic, uplifting, and “sideways” life perspectives at appearances for professional, charitable, civic, corporate groups, and senior living communities.

Susan was raised a proud Brooklynite but now spends her time in Palm Beach, Florida and Westport, Connecticut. Long before her newfound life as a blogger, Susan earned a doctorate in Speech Pathology from Columbia University, specializing in adults with acquired neurological disorders. She was a clinician, an adjunct professor, and a consultant and educator in the field of Alzheimer’s disease. Today she is a blogger and a writer who finds humor in the everyday minutia.
